Sandford Community Stores is a community run shop at the heart of the Sandford parish. We are incredibly proud of serving the local area, bringing our customers a wide range of products covering everyday essentials, expertly chosen local produce and perfect gifts. We also offer Post Office services, fresh takeaway hot drinks and ordering/deliveries.
New Chiller Cabinets!
Sandford community stores are delighted to announce the purchase and installation of a new larger chiller cabinet to replace two older and less efficient models.
This will further enhance the capacity and range of chilled products available in the store.
The project has been funded as part of the Mid Devon District Council Shared Prosperity Fund and the committee are most grateful for their generous support.
The Sandford Community Cook Book is now available and selling like very warm sweet bakery items! So much so that our first print run has fully sold out. However, a second print run has been ordered and is on its way, so make sure you pop into the shop to reserve your copy today!
Thanks again to all of the contributors to the cook book: we are very proud of the high quality of both the book itself and all the recipes it contains. It was lovely to see so many local faces and sample many of the delicious recpies contained in the book at our recent book launch at the Lamb Inn.
